We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you! We make your order our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely at the check-out page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt.
Should there be any errors in the post code, state or country entered in your shipping address, this may cause an issue, delay or cancellation in delivering your order. Please ensure that your shipping address entered is correct to avoid such issues.
We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Your order will be shipped out within 3 working days upon placing your order. Standard delivery duration usually takes 2-3 working days within West Malaysia, and 3-4 working days within East Malaysia. You should receive your order(s) within 5-8 working days after you have placed an order.
While it doesn’t need to be you, someone must be home to accept your deliveries. We won’t leave your order outside of your home / delivery address.
If no one is home to accept delivery when our driver arrives, we will take your items back to our warehouse. We will then attempt to arrange a second delivery for an additional delivery fee (please refer to "How much is shipping?" for shipping rates and charges).
Returns will only be accepted upon:
1) notification within 24hours upon receiving the item(s) / delivery
2) valid for purchases from online store only
3) with valid reason approved by Nature’s Wonders MY prior to return. This includes goods received that are damaged, defected or incorrect that is not due to shipping. Please contact us prior to return and include your order number, photo of item and reasons for return.
Nature’s Wonders MY will not be responsible for any shipping cost of goods return.
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours upon receiving the item(s) / delivery and attach a photo of the products you have received. Upon receiving your email, we will be in touch to arrange for the exchange / replacement of the item(s).
We only accept Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Payments will be accepted and processed via Online Banking, Debit / Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via iPay88 and Billplz.
Once payment has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your orders. Orders take approximately 3-5 working days to process BEFORE orders are shipped out from our warehouse. Standard delivery duration takes 2-3 working days within West Malaysia, and 3-4 working days within East Malaysia.
When your order is complete, we will send you a tracking number via email to confirm your shipment.
We are unable to change shipping addresses or details once orders have been made. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
