Established in 1966 in Singapore as a humble cottage industry, the family-owned company was founded by the late Mr. Lim Jit Song and Madam Han Yew Lang. The business started operating from the kitchen of their rented home in the Hainanese enclave of Ean Kiam Place in Katong (Singapore), where Madam Han would produce salted nuts sold to bars and restaurants in 10-kg tins.
Today, the company’s operation has moved to a fully automated, state-of-the-art factory equipped with high performance processing equipment and packaging machinery with ISO 9001 and HACCP certifications.
