Refund policy

Returns 

The refund policy is only applicable to purchase(s) from www.natureswonders.co.

Buyer may only apply for return of goods purchased in the following circumstances:

  1. Goods delivered to Buyer is defective and/or damaged on delivery
  2. Goods delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Goods
  3. Goods delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) stipulated in the order

Return validity period starts 14 days from date of purchase.

For extra context, here are some additional non-returnable items: 

  1. Gift cards 
  2. Items on discount
  3. Promotional items
  4. Sample Packs
  5. Downloadable products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase back to Tai Sun (Lim Kee) Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1. Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  2. Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery date


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds from returns will only begin processing once Tai Sun (Lim Kee) Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd receives the return package and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the refund processing is completed, you will receive a notification via email from us indicating that your refund has been initiated.

Note: 'Bank processing time frame' is the time taken for your bank to process your refund after Tai Sun (Lim Kee) Food Industries refund processing has completed. Your refund amount will only be reflected in your bank account or credit card statement once the bank has completed processing. For confirmation or further enquiries, please contact your bank's customer service support.


Sale items (if applicable)
 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natureswondersmy@gmail.com and send your item to the following address:

Shipping 

To return your product, please mail your product to:

Unless the refund request is due to a product complaint, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund from us, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For return shipping, please use a trackable shipping service. Tai Sun (Lim Kee) Food Industries is not liable for missing return packages. Refunds will only be issued once Tai Sun (Lim Kee) Food Industries has received the returned items.
